WTH a webdesigner with some PHP experience

I'm launching a get-paid-to (GPT) site in a month, and I need a web designer who can create a web 2.0 design for the PHP ClixScript/IncentivizeScript platform. I can't post links, so Google it.

I have a general idea of what I need, and it has to be sleek and modern looking. I can show you some examples later.
