WTH a freelancer to install pagination

Need to paginate an increasing number of pages (Currently 40). Any pagination style can be used, should be quite an easy job for someone who know what to do.

Currently looking at http://www.designsrazzi.com/free-css3-jquery-pagination-plugins/ . I can currently create my own pagination via CSS/Html code but there is no logic. Takes a lot of time to update (after I add pages)
