[WTH] A developer who can make flutterwave module for WHMCS with Recurring payment enabled

I'm looking for anyone who can make a module for whmcs, the flutterwave module should support recurring payment, flutterwave has a module but it doesn't support recurring payment, so if its possible to modify it.

I don't have a large of budget for this please.
