[WTH] A Developer - Helping me with vBulletin

I need someone to be a developer and install plugins and modifications on my vBulletin site whenever required.
This would be for a long term based hiring and i dont want someone for a short term.. If ur sure that u can be with me for a long term and would do it whenever required , kindly message me with ur fees.
There wont be more than 2-3 plugins to be installed at a time and they would require certain coding so u need to be well versed with that.
