WTH: A developer for a Wordpress plugin and a client interface

Hello peeps,

I'm looking for someone who can create a Wordpress plugin for me (a remote posting plugin), and a client interface/portal to go with that.

The basic idea is that I want a client portal to be on my subdomain, and from there a client can make orders, change their settings/preferences and send messages etc. Sort of similar to what WHMCS and Hostbill do, but this one is not for hosting.
