The thing need like this following:
I have the main admin and no one else will have it,
So i can add domain/remove or anything i can do that's normal things,
But public access will be little bit interesting
easily public will be login or free access to the user panel(not admin panel),
they will see that few domain (that i have added before), they will select a domain and they are able to create a sub-domains (www.domain.com/sub-domain btw not this type sub www.sub-domain.domain.com/).. and they can redirect the sub-domain to his desire link.

Now the main things come
they can't redirect any link they want from my sub-domain, his link should be start with http://xx-xx.google-xx.com , if the domain don't match then redirect won't work and show him/her a notification that redirect not success.
