So i go on my channel and all my videos are put to private and my profile picture is deleted.. was i hacked or was this a glitch?

Well, have you given your username/password to anyone? That alone will answer this question for you...Because no, videos don't just all of a sudden get set to private and have pictures removed.

Maybe you have a keylogger virus or something on your computer. Run a good scan, for this does not sound like something YT would do, so you've probably been hacked.

YT has been having problems, but that does not mean that it'll mess with your videos...
Have you ever given password to like these sub things?. Maybe its that?

Yep, you got hacked. If youtube dislikes something you do, they just plain shut you down, or remove a video.

I think it's pretty obvious that YouTube wouldn't do that. They sometimes have bugs, but nothing like that.
