Why my Twitter page (h t t p s://twitter.com/#!/my-username) is PR9?

because twitter is PR9 page?
"Press Thanks if I helped you answer your question. Most people who I helped pressed it."

Your Twitter profile no longer resides on a separate page, as far as search engine thinks. Notice the # sign in the URL. It was an anchor sign that is used to mark certain section of a site. I never understand why Twitter does that. They 302 redirect existing profile page to the version with #, perhaps to prevent people from creating Twitter accounts just to drive links to their site. Not sure though.

I can see this:

//twitter.com/#!/any-username1 >>> PR0
//twitter.com/#!/any-username2 >>> PR2
//twitter.com/#!/blackhatworld >>> PR0 (Take a look at this, is true)
//twitter.com/#!/my-username >>> PR9

Why Google give me PR9?

Its cause your logged in. Log out of twitter and check your page.

Edit: BTW mine shows pr 10 when logged in.
