Who knows what could be the problem, i don't have any problem in accesing the home page.
Try clearing your browser cache if you still have that problem, and if it still persists, then try typing in the command line (cmd.exe) or in the Run utility, the folowing:

Yeah clear your cookies and it should go away. This forum needs some help badly.
