WTF! Web hosting account deactivated

I have Bluehost and i just woke up to find this email:

Your web hosting account has been deactivated, as of 10/19/2010. (reason: terms of service violation - malware/virus)
 
This deactivation was due to a Terms of Service violation associated with your account. At sign-up, all users state that they have read through, understand, and agree to our terms. These terms are legal and binding.
 
Although your web site has been suspended, your data may still be available for up to 15 days from the date of deactivation; if you do not contact us during that 15 day period, your account and all of its files, databases, and emails may be deleted.

I dont have any viruses on m hosting account whatsoever. I have a few autoblogs and thats about it. Anybody know how i should go about getting my account back?

Seems like maybe your blog was hacked and they just shut it down and then decided to let you know about it.

Just contact them and let them know that you are not in the business of viruses and hacking scripts, they should work with you if this is your first issue. If they don't then its a blatant d*ck move.

Bluehost.. turnoff an account, then wait for the account owner to contact them.. and sort it out.

They are pretty good to get things up running again.. Just contact them and you will be fine.

Send them an email but don't delay they should understand if you really didn't have anything malicious on your site

speak with them, they will took 1-2 hours within that time your a/c will be back.

i dont know why everyone acts like this isnt a big deal. While it isnt.. if someone did hack your site and put malware on it you could be blacklisted or will affects your rankings id imagine

Well, If You site is Infected by Malwares, It Spreads Itself, And Take up the CPU OF the server!

You wont be able to Monitor it, but the Host Admin Can! For the sake of others, They Shut It Down!

Not a BiG Deal! Speak With them, get it reinstated

this exact thing happened to me with bluehost when my forum was sending out emails to people subscribed to threads.

I called them to say that I am removing the "auto notify" and they reinstated my account
