WTF New Update: - YouTube is so greedy now

According to new YT update,
YouTube will pay you 55% of net revenues recognized by YouTube from ads displayed or streamed by YouTube or an authorized third party on your Content watch pages or in or on the YouTube video player in conjunction with the streaming of your Content.
And.. WTF is this .. Have to Wait for 2 months to receive cash,

YouTube will pay you for any revenues due within approximately sixty (60) days after the end of any calendar month..

WHAT IS THIS?
we can get our money TWO MONTHS AFTER, not like did till now after month?

Hasn't it always been 55%? They're just changing it to include payment options for their planned monthly ad-free pay service.

If it actually takes close to 60 days for payment, they will be upsetting a LOT of people during the transition. Hopefully they just put it in there to be on the safe side and not because it will actually take that long.
