It happen most of the time with me when Google was ready to update its PR. I lost 35 backlinks from 2 of my website but after few days i regain them with new Pagerank.
O LOL xplict, i also found similar issue before but nothing went wrong .. neither my ranking nor my pagerank. After few days the number of backlink were more than before I had been building .. hehe. Just chill and have some drink.
