They have software that traces the transactions through the back end and a team that scrubs accounts. Secret shoppers essentially. It takes accounts that arent approved by PayPal an avg of 6 to 9mos to get shut down. 4 usually and seen as long as 6yrs.

You mean they check the transaction details on their backend or they just crawl the web randomly and then they buy random products?

do you charge paypal fees to your clients? I have seen this to be common of why they would go extreme and close the account
 
They'll never say this openly but there's agenda to discriminate against non-ebay revenue

One suspicios transaction is enough for PP to ban your account, even if it's 5 years old and always "clean". Happened to me. Depends a little bit on where you live too. Different PP rules in different region I guess.

PP just grew to big. Everything is suspicios to them. Maybe they are goverment instrumented, dont know. But I have relatives 65+ using PP for shopping on EBay who got their acc banned cause to too many disputes lol
 
PayPal is bullshit anyway. They charge a fee on transfer and pay 2 fucking rupees less per $ to Indians. That means they decide the rate of $.
This is a dirty monopoly and will only stop when IM companies stop th the support of PayPal and start using other networks.
