So on January 23 my fiverr seller account for reasons not known to me. I waited for 90 days as stated , i got a mail to withdraw my funds, initiated withdrawal and for the past 4 days i haven't received it. I reached out to the support team and this is the message I'm receiving. Which i clearly don't understand Screenshot 2023-04-28 220729.png
Have anyone gone through similar situation?

fiverr sucks , one youtuber they banned his account and took all of his money , hope they fix your problem and get your money bro
 
I find them super frustrating. Have 1600 orders on my account and the amount of times they've taken down my gigs for reviews, blocked payouts, point blank stolen money from my account due to people issuing chargebacks long after the work was delivered (rather than them taking the financial hit).
They don't treat sellers well
 
Be patient, it is just a few days waiting time now.
 
YES! I have faced the same! It was my full time source of income for the past 5 years, I had my account there since 2010 and I had 3000+ reviews, was ranking on top for the category and suddenly one day got this message.

They even not telling any reason, its like being jailed without knowing your crime.

From the ones I know, no one got their account back after 60 days and no reason was given of why they permanently suspended it. They just you broke community standards but no details on which community standard was broken and no option to appeal.

They freeze the money for 180 days, they wanna be like paypal, but they'll never take it.

But are they going to release the earnings? Idgaf about getting the account back I'm tired of the platform it was just slavery while it lasted
 
Update:
So fiverr customer care messaged me saying that the money have successfully been withdrawn and the issue is with Payoneer

Yes you can withdraw the earnings without issue..

True, my life was also like wakeup get on laptop, get some sleep and wakeup again to be on laptop.. so it was 24/7 and I wasn't able to give time to personal care or family :|

Too bad! Payoneer going to ask you to ask the sender to contact them (Which is Fiverr in that case) and of course Fiverr would never contact them.
