For some reason, I've been shut out of my account since yesterday. Customer support is unavailable on Sundays and I don't know what's going on. My ads aren't showing and whenever I try to sign in to my account, it just stays on the log in page. I've changed my password a couple of times, but still can't log in. I've read numerous reports of people being locked out until the billing department verifies certain information, but why do this a month after the account was created? And why would they do this without calling or emailing me? I would just go with adwords if Google allowed the type of ads I use.

I don't have any problems with Adcenter!
Try to call them on your cell phone.

Adcenter was always very ruff.
They always close accounts with no warning and you most likely will not be able to log in even if you were putting your own money, in fact, prepare to say bye-bye your adcenter account.
And if you were using coupons then it is 101% fucked up.

Wasn't using coupons and had the payment method set as paypal. I don't understand why it still lets me change password if the account has been closed. And if it has been closed, seems I would have received an email telling me. The customer support comes online in a few minutes and I'll try to see what is going on. From what I've read, even on the adcenter forums, their customer support is severely screwed up so I don't have much faith in getting anything resolved.

Just got through with the support chat with "Rob" (love how they always seem to have short, easy to spell names). He kept telling me over and over to clear cache and sign on and to confirm that it works. Uh, it doesn't work, it stays on the log in screen. Please clear cache and try again and confirm to me it works. Uh, still doesn't work. Please clear cache and try again and confirm to me it works. You know what, I'll just switch to Google adwords.

Now I need to redo everything so I can comply with Google's terms. I've heard that adcenter's customer service was almost non-existent and now I've confirmed it for myself. I refuse to jump through hoops to pay them money!

Talk with them over phone man....support has been good for me so far.

Ok try to clear your cache and log in again. Please confirm to me it works.
Also try different browser, maybe adcenter things yours is outdated, I had the same problem.

I downloaded chrome and tried with no luck and also the desk top app with no luck. I did get an email from them requesting I call and verify some info. I know it's the same story I've seen dozens of times when searching for a reason. Usually it's the billing department putting a hold on the account without letting you know. My question is, why don't they contact people asking for this verification before shutting them down? That's the part bothering me the most. Just closing me down without warning and without even letting me know.

Your account had been blocked & ban. I am 100% sure. This is nothing to do with the cache.

Very hard my whole time dealing with these people! Same spot with you in.

I have slightly different problem. When session is expired, after refresh, I cannot login anymore, Login form just
getting resetting without any Errors or Messages, Request UserName/Passord works OK (sent to email), now I'm trying to
figure out is this Ban or some JavaScript problem or some OS problem. Anyone have the same
events while trying to login? Thanks.

I haven't had any issues with my account, so their site definitely isn't messed up. From my experience, their phone support is really good. When I first opened a new account they even called me to make sure that everything was going good and asked if I had any questions about it.

I'd give them a call

That's unfortunate to hear that they are that ruff, I was interested in giving them a go since I was banned from adsense.
