I was upload video on youtube, and I have about 350 likes and about 300 subs and it's on 1000 views right now.. And I am at third page in search >.< My tags are the same like my title, and I have big description about that.. What is wroooong? :/

What the hell are you talking about?
Mate new videos that are uploaded status: "2 hours ago" have better place then me.. And I am not new to YT that I don't know how to monetize it, so he didn't do any backlinks for that to get more popularity and better position.. And what is nontheless and serps? O_o
 
That is that, no one know that? No YT experts?
