It was posted here a couple weeks ago. And this is exactly why it has 95 mil views. People are like "wtf" and stick it up all over fb.

This is officially viral. Although the first time I saw it a day or 2 after it was uploaded it had a load (millions) of views out of nowhere.
 
I've seen this trick on several social networks.
You take some nonsense and bot it up to some popular lists without getting caught. The stupid masses do the rest, WTF if everyone is voting so will I. Herd effect.
 
I'm unamused, but they definitely promoted Tonight with Ylvis with great success.
