I have been trying to figure this out on my own but it's a puzzle to me. Some place it says hitleap+jinggling other places it says hitleap or jinggling...
I just can't make sense of what is going on.
Anyone bother to explain it to me please.
Thanks guys

Hitleap is website and jinggling is bot. Both generate fake traffic to websites and people also use them to sell fake traffic to others.

Thank you. So hitleap is exchange and jingling is traffic bot?

Wait a sec. What does the bot do? Just generate Chinese traffic? Why are people using it? Chinese traffic is not worth a lot I thought.
Even that fake/Chinese traffic can have some use. You can increase the views on this very thread for instance, although it wouldn't make too much sense, but if you want to pump the views on any forum thread, you can do it easily. I'm pretty sure people still use jingling on Fiverr offering (fake) traffic services and this is just two use from the top of my head.

there is actually no such thing as "jingling". what is happening here is that there is a chinese tool, available for download at http://www.spiritsoft.cn/product.php which is named 流量精灵 eq. liuliangjingling lit. "bandwidth spirit". the chinese owners have by now launched a fully english version, which is available for download at http://vip.ipts.com/index.php and translated as "traffic spirit". databases are shared between both websites. your username and password on ipts.com also work on spiritsoft.cn; the only difference being top-up methods and prices, with the chinese website being roughly 25% cheaper but lacking paypal as a payment method

this tool is a traffic exchange. most people in china are on vpn's, which explains why you see so much "international" traffic. is is not fake traffic by any means
