This is really pissing me off!!

I am not able to access my site on my computer, yet some other people can access it and I can get onto it using my mobile phone.

I am getting a DNS Error on my PC, I have changed hosts, I was using Host My Warez, now using warez-host.com, I have the Nameservers updated and can get onto my site using my phones 3g internet connection, but not on any of my home computers or from my home network using my phone.

My old host, host my warez said my site was live, I cantacted the domain registar, they said to contact my host, now I have changed hosts and still got the problem!

    WTF is going on here!

    Any help please?

    Heres my site - http://myfreeonlinetv.co.uk

    Cheers

Maybe your pc has been hijacked. Run a scan with your antivirus.

Are you using Firefox? Clear your cache and cookies, and restart. That should do the trick.

Use cmd prompt and type in: ping www.yoursite.com and it will tell you what IP you are seeing. If it is the old server you just need to wait.

Try going to your site through a proxy (http://www.proxy.org). If that works, it means either you or your isp has your site cached (I think). A similar thing happened to me on multiple sites last year and I had to call up my isp and get them to stop caching my sites (that may not be the right terminology).

I am not able to view the site on my laptop, or my pc, I got a friend to go to my site, he can't view it either.

I know I felt the same way. They do it to speed up website loading time. Pissed the crap out of me, took about a week to get everything sorted.

I have to access my site using a proxy, probally 75% of the UK can't access my site as they are running on a BT connection!

yes, but not all ISP's update their DNS entries at the same time. yours is obviously a little slow updating.

When using BTInternet, best not use their DNS servers - go with opendns.com.

Or just learn about technology. DNS takes its own time to propagate. There is absolutely no sense to call BT about it.

British Telecom - they provide phone lines and broadband etc. - sure you could have found that with a search engine.
