Can someone please give me some example URL so I can actually see what a Fake Blog really is? THX.... Floggalicious
1. Go to http://www.msnbc.com 2. Click any ad. Especially any ad that says "(location) mom lost (amount) pounds by obeying this one diet rule!"
I don't have any URLs off hand becaue I never bookmark them but if you download anything from mediafire (who doesn't?), alot of times they will pop up in the background. The best ones I've seen are either made to look like news sites or have someone telling their "personal story" about a product (usually a CPA offer like Acai Berry) and then comments that reinforce their results. Sorry I don't have any URLs but if you go download some stuff from mediafire, chances are you'll run across at least one.
I figured... I just wanted someone to confirm it... FLOG = Articles, videos, and celeb pix spread around... So consider it a blog of landing pages... thanks for spillin' it out.
Good tip zorba...I just two on there that are exactly like I described above: http://www.rachelrayblogs.com/?p=3&t202id=344&t202kw={msnbcros} http://news3.tv/diet/index2.php?sub=360DA01xMSNBCGEN
I don't know if it was Good Morning America, or one of those morning shows, but it showed "Jenna's Weight Loss Blog" which was a flog and explained how the chick in it was a model(stock photo) from Germany and someone had photoshoped her to make her look skinny. This is not the one, but similar idea: http://www.rachelrayhealth.com/index.php
A flog is a fake blog. Some affiliates promote stuff by blogging about their fake "personal experience".
