WTF? I got approved for monetization only after 5 seconds!

Do you think it was a system glitch and they will do manual review in a few days?

Seriously, what is going on here?

My main channel got demonetized few days ago and I also have a hobby channel that never applied for monetization.

My hobby channel is 5 years old and has more than 5,000 subscribers and about 10,000 hours per year of watch time.

I am in a desperate situation so I applied for monetization with that hobby channel of mine.

And as soon as I applied for monetization, I got approved within 5 seconds!!!!

WTF is going on here?

Ain't it supposed to 1 month for monetization review?

BTW, my hobby channel is 100% clean whitehat videos of mine so of course I should get approval.

But my point is, (although my hobby channel is 100% clean white hat, original videos) aren't they suppose to do manual review by a human?

If there was a human reviewer, how come I got approval only after 5 seconds?

Any explanation?

Are they going to review again in few days by an actual human?

The review is completely automatic. It's possible that it reviews the channel the moment it meets the requirements, regardless if you applied or not. So when you apply, it's instant approval.
 
the process is always been automatic, no way can human do the reviews manually or its gonna take ages to aprove all the channels. Maybe your channel fit all the requirement (Original content, no copyright, real subs, real views...etc)
 
bots approve monetization and bots demonetize too, not humans
 
Probably flagged as preapproved or something similar, so you just had to apply.

Yes, I guess what happened is, my old hobby channel was already 'flagged as preapproved' for monetization even without my knowledge.
 
It is just an idea but it might still be in preapproved, anyways they have an entire month to check the channel on detail

Yes, I am leaning to believe that it's a sort of 'preapproved' and a real human might review my channel within a month.
