Hey BHW.

I just started a gaming youyube channel two weeks ago and uploaded 5 videos on it (one today).

I watched a zillion courses on creating content and doing youtube seo and keyword research and did all of them in an appropriate way.

I did anything right, tried using long-tail keywords as well as using trends in different videos.

BUT I AM GETTING EXACTLY *ZERO* VIEWS. not a single person watches my videos!
I spend multiple hours a day creating quality content (OK maybe it's not that quality) and I make stunning thumbnails but NO RESULTS. :(

(all views and comments is from me)

I get indexed in serches but at the worst spot. even some kids that reupload famous videos with NO CHANGE are ranking higher than me.
I know I'm a newbie and I know YT is not fair, but isn't is a little mare unfair than usual?

I had a YT channel before this that i used TTS to make videos on that my first video gets 3k views and all 5 videos after that get absolutely zero views like this one. is it possible that my channel get flagged or something bc I used TTS in past?

any help is heavily appreciated <3
one of my videos if you want to check channel:

I would suggest you to buy old monetized account, then start uploading and sending HR views to views :) And see the magic :D

So first off, your titles are extremely boring, no one would want to click on a video thats called "Warzone Streamer Clips". Make it more clickable like "IS THIS WARZONE STREAMER BETTER THAN TFUE?" or something like that, just ask yourself if you would want to click on the video. Secondly, I dont know your exact tags but your description is also a great opportunity to hide tags in there without making it look unnatural, take other big compilations channels as an inspiration for that or copy it alltogether idc (fortnite compilations do it pretty good most of the time). Thirdly, try making your videos always at least 10 minutes long, I dont know why but YT prefers that kind of length. Then at last your Thumbnails, make them more colorful alltogether and use big texts such as "200IQ" or smth like that, also try using big and famous streamers in it (I cant tell if you are already doing that cause I dont watch Warzone streamers). Again, let fortnite compilations (or other compilations) inspire you, make the thumbnail so that you yourself would want to click on it, the youtube algorithm is gonna do the rest. Although you could try sharing your videos in some groups to boost the process (never done that but heard good things)

Your content is good ,but you need to work on the thumbnails its very very poor thumbnail ,you need to make it catchy urging people to open and watch it .plus you should have bought slow HR views man and subs are damn cheap in market search for it ,do a good promotion ,try posting the videos in social media sites and pull traffic from there .
Go to Gaming forums, private, public fb groups post your videos ,tell them who you are ,you cant make videos and sit and wait people to find it.
You need to promote.

Problems

1. Videos are not longer than 10 mins, yt algo likes videos longer than 10 mins.

2. Thumbnails are extremely vague, they're more suitable for established YouTubers with following.

3. There is no introduction of you in the begining.

Chill mate you're only 5 videos in and you're complaining give it a time.

I know what you mean sir. one of BHW members told me yesterday that he had the same problem and by rewriting titles and description he solved it so I changed titles... titles was so much better than this but still the same result... I also had a lot of tags on one of my videos description that changed it yesterday also... problem is my videos are not getting showed to people...

I know what you mean man but I'm not talking about CTR I'm talking about total number of times my thumbnail got viewed...

What is the point of having a good thumbnail when there is no one out there to SEE IT ?

This thread got me laughing actually. Lol
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Don't give up OP, hope you'll find how it works soon. I don't do YouTube tho. Good luck.

I don't think if I can make 10min videos with my current state of motivation :) tho I saw a lot of 20k+ viewed videos with 3-4 min length in the same niche
I actually copied everything from established big channels in the niche... I thought I'm doing the right thing by copying the success ...
and there is an introduction of me after first clip on all of videos.
I know it's just 5 videos but consider the facct that is is also ZERO views... I had accounts before none of them was like this even...
My question is why my videos are not getting any organic Impressions

Consistency is crucial with YT. 5 videos is not consistent.

If you upload at least 5 videos a week for 2-3 months and still get nothing, then you're doing something wrong. But give it more time.

This is completely normal, I got twelve videos barely raking in 150 views.

Just gotta keep going at it!

Sorry but if you don't wanna make 10 minute videos because you are too "unmotivated" then maybe you should just simply quit. Honestly Youtube is one of the easiest ways out there to make a shit ton of money, but as every other business is still requires a lot of work, and if you don't wanna put in the work unless you see results, then whats the point of it?

Edit: Also as stated before, you won´t get organic impressions if you don´t have a clickable thumbnail/title/a good description with a lot of keywords

Good advice sir, I guess I should work harder.

I don't wanna quit on this too early as I used to quit really fast on my previous IM journeys. So this one started with a no-excuse promise. Seems I'm spamming excuses :)
Thanks for advices, I guess I have to change my mentality.

This is great suggestions.

Plus, boost your view with social media sharing. A new YT channel won't get views until you boost it. Or you can boost it with HR views in SMM.
