My company "ABC clothing" (example) has the company name: abcclothing.com.
Its a fairly new domain, around 6 months old, but it indexed properly. When I type in "ABC Clothing", I usually rank #1, because that term obviously has no competition.
Today, I was bored and I typed "ABC Clothing" just to see how it goes.
To my surprise, I found a site "abcadults.com" (example), using my title and metadescription, AND redirecting to my site. And he is rank #1 on top of me.
I then found out that he is redirecting his 'adult-related' to my site using 302-redirect.
1. I don't know why he is redirecting his site to my site. Whats the intention of this? Is he trying to harm my site in some way?
2. How can he rank on top of me like this? I thought even if he uses 302-redirect, google should be showing my domain, not his.
Thanks.
