Hey guys I just started a site about 1 month ago . It was more of a fun project and I wasn't planning on doing seo for this site just wanted to use it as a hobby.
But today I checked it and it's still not indexed in google. It's indexed in bing /yahoo but not in google. It was used before and still has some old backlinks but they aren't spammy at all. And the backlink profile is natural, I guess the last owner had no idea about seo so he didn't try to rank it. However I would be interested to know why google doesn't want to index this site. The content is 100% unique and hand written. Does anyone of you have a clue about this?

Hi Sasuke, are you using a CMS? Have you enabled the site indexing in Reading settings (Wordpress)? Have you submitted .xml to Google?

Hmm very strange. That would be the first thing I would check. Hopefully someone else can shine some light on this for you.

Use an online robots.txt checker to confirm that you aren't blocking googlebot. Also, use the 'fetch as Google' tool in your Webmaster Tools dashboard. If your site is fetched successfully, submit it to Google and wait a few days for it to get indexed.

Building a few quality backlinks to the site can help speed up the indexing process.
