I didn't think this was a big surprise... It's what they record that we don't know that scares me.

This is definitely not new. For me this started back in late 2011 if I can recall correctly. Torch browser does the same thing. I use Chrome just for browsing, nothing else.

And about the spying of Chrome. I believe only if you are sign in under Chrome you are being spied on for sure. IMO

i am using chrome from 1 or 2 years and this thing was present from starting.
