im try to open seller account for one of my friends and i got this message:

is this something new or what?
i know that they ask phone verification on some countries but credit cards?
there is something around this? i tried with vcc but its not work.

Not something new. When I register they do that to me too. Worse, they also phoned me to ask whether my cc is real and warn me that they will close my account if I use vcc.

ya i certainly is easy open several ebay accounts with multiple credit cards
