WTF CJ with your warning ??

I used to do a lot of business with CJ but have bailed for a variety of reasons... seems I made the right choice.

A lot of the companies that use CJ as a platform also use other platforms or even a direct affiliate opportunity.

I am started a journey thread here and was considering CJ among other affiliate networks to monetize my website but it looks like i will pass.

yep but they are one of the biggest on the market it's complicated to do without them (not impossible though)

It was not hard for me to move on from them and I was doing 7 - 8 K a month via their platform.
Pick the phone up and contact the advertisers directly.

From which country are you visiting that affiliate link? Because GoDaddy which uses CJ is working fine for me. Maybe it's something that's set up by the merchant due to the nature of its business or the regional privacy laws.
Edit: CJ is forced to show that pop up due to GDPR.

You're right my friend the warning doesn't show up from a US IP, only EU.

I remember a phone call while I was in the parking lot f a Panara's Bread from one of the CJ advertisers after I sent them an email telling them I was leaving CJ's platform and asked if they had another way to send traffic to them and get paid.
The advertisers want your business and even if you are not a big baller, and I was not, they will want to retain you as a publisher on some level.
The phone call surprised me at the time but it is normal business to do your best to retain those who make you money.

When you were doing 8k/mth were you using BH techniques ? What programs were you promoting if it's not a secret ?

Legitimate advertising on legit sites.
My costs were pretty low... maybe 1,500.00 per month and the revenue was pretty solid.
Nothing BH at all but I cannot share the programs as we still use them now so that would not be in our best interests.
You're a smart guy, I've seen your posts, you'll be able to figure out some quality processes to give you quality revenue I am sure.

Lots of free places to advertise and you don't have to do it yourself if that is not your thing.

What platform did you end up going to? Do you only join big networks like CJ? Would you join say an ecom site directly that had it's own in house affiliate program?
