As @chewba says, they aren't a link that you build. They're automatically generated by scraper sites, and are a side-effect of ranking for anything remotely competitive. The only way to optimize for these sorts of links is to improve your ranking, then they'll most likely start scraping you.

You don't want this type of links. All our clients, which are ranking on places 1-5 for their keywords, are getting hit by those links. Unfortunately the shop system doesn't do anymore lazyloading if you prevent the hotlinking of images. So still working on a solution other than disavowing.
Anyone has an idea what the linking pages are trying to achieve? Mostly, I guess, hacked domains with cloaking?
