WTF am I doing wrong?

Needs some help from the pro's, I have a AdWords campain doing CPM with over 8K impressions Raked #1 for my Avg Pos, and not showing the ad to more than one person with in a 24 hour period and 0 clicks. The Ad I'm using is direct from some of the affiliate promo and looks good (text ad) Networks are automatic placment in adwords, country(s) are the US and Canada. The program is for weight loss, all the keywords look good and the quality score is anywhere beteen 4-8 for key words. Any thoughts to improve my CTR? Please help

some niches are just oversaturated and ppl don't respond well to same old design/theme. As you said you are using direct ad from advertiser, in a niche like weight loss chances are hundreds other affiliates do the same and ppl just got tired of seeing it, no matter how "good" it looks. My experience has been better conversions with fresh designs. Make sure ads are not too complex and busy, sometimes simple design works best. Could be just the keywords/location that trigger the impressions. It takes some trial and error until you tweak in the best performing ads.
