WTF am I doing wrong? Big Impressions. Low engagement. Need your wisdom

Been on X for 7+ months.
Left 18,000+ replies - all manual, related and high quality.
Almost 7K real, organic followers.
Most of my impressions (100K–300K daily) come from dropping high-quality comments on related accounts.

But... engagement on my own tweets is still mid.
I get roughly 500-600 views on my own tweets. I get more number of likes when I leave comments on others' tweets (in same niche)
I easily get millions of impressions and over 30k-50k profile visits/mo but somehow I am not able to turn them into loyal followers.

My profile is totally optimized.
Right now I get around 100 followers everyday but what I am looking for is engagement on my own tweets and more involvement from my followers

I also give free giveaways whenever possible.
Still why arent my own tweets taking off?
I am also ready to hire someone who can fix this as well.

replies and your own tweets are way different. It’s really difficult to get good reach and engagement on your own tweets unless the algorithm pushes it. Still I’m trying to work on it, but it’s difficult.
