I saw this video on YT a guy named Victor A. Paredes who posts a shit load of videos on making money on Paypal. Is this legit or just scam? The Youtuber even has 190K subscribers.

I don't fucking understand man. WTH is this!? Comments on his videos are also filled with shit.

It's definitely real man, I also had access to the Paypal Money generator when I was Jr. Vip, but I stopped using it because of my morals. I just felt bad for making too much money without working or doing anything in return...

Dude is promoting a GPT website lol those titles are simply clickbait and his videos are full of referral links and affiliate products. Seems like it is working for him.
 
Its real, but take a think the money generator had its day, people could not handle the wealth and the power it brought. Its a bit like the boombox, you need to be careful with it. I mean who wants money without working for it, the lack of work and so much money messes with peoples heads and they cant handle it.

I accidentally purchased the PayPal Monkey-Grabber 2.0. and now I have a serious chimpanzee problem. Send help.
 
Just move on. Go back to the your skill and don't waste your time on these people trying to sell you. Sell to them actually.
