I'm deleloving a CRM, that will include whatsapp to send content.

I need to buy advice from a recognized whatsapp sender, so our CRM will be capable of sending whatsapp messages

What i need for ie:
rate limits
senders
targets/hour
proxyes/ips
devices/client
