[WTB] Whatsapp Block Service

Hey,
I have multiple numbers that spread s*** about me and I would like to block them out from Whatsapp.
I've seen in the past some services that bulk report a phone number or something until it gets banned.
Does someone provide such a service? willing to pay for it.
