[WTB] What bulk mailer to use?

Hey guys, do you have any recommendations on a good bulk mailer that i could use? I need good inbox ratio and at the same time i want to be able to send 10'000-30'000 or even more emails a day. Could you recommend me any platform or tool to use? Let me know , thank you!

Btw I would be sending not obt-in emails, these emais would be just scraped from instagram, so i need a platform which would accept not obt-in list.

Looking at your question, it seems obvious that many of your emails will fail to deliver. Sending bulk emails to a scraped email list in this much amount without email verification is nothing different than shooting an arrow at a moving target "blindfolded."

I think first, you need to verify those emails before taking any other actions; there are many useful bulk email verification service providers. You can search it on Google and choose the best one for you.
