WTB - Website : Client Portal

Hey,

I am looking to get a client portal built for my website. I'll try to describe my requirements as well as possible :

• Clients / potential clients can log in using their email, facebook, gmail
• users can purchase services from the portal itself (3 services)
• platform will have 2 main categories : live chat (with history) - current and past tasks
• On my end, as admin, the ability to manage the chats and tasks of each clients efficiently

If possible to have 2checkout and paypal integrated that would be super, if not, then it's fine to send clients make their payment outside the portal.
I tried to illustrate what I had in mind with the attached images. I'm also open to suggestions and ideas of course.

I'm looking to have this project started by June.
