I will hire an expert in Wordpress Silo pages (http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/member-downloads/583471-get-wordpress-silo-sites-using-free-plugins.html) to do some small work. I have economy budget. Payment within 24-36 hours after work done as my PP is not connected with a CC (mine is bank verified), so I will pay you from a friend's PayPal. Plenty of JrVIP's have been banned for smaller amounts of money.
Being Jr.VIP doesn't prove your honesty or integrity.
Also you have a relatively low post count and a zero iTrader, plus didn't you just upgrade to JrVIP last month?
Not saying anything against you personally, just saying people should do their due diligence and not rely on pretty username colors.

What does bank verified have to do with it? That just means you don't have the money.

Bank verified = take it out of checking right away.

So no money....that should make someone very confident. Good luck.

I have the money (cash at hand) and I will give it to my friend and he will pay from his CC through PP.

Why not deposit in the bank? Then pay....and not make the provider wait 24-48 hours hoping they get paid.

I am not saying you are a scammer. I am just highlighting that ANYBODY can be a JrVIP, it doesn't make you any more or less trusted than anybody else.
The fact you highlighted it in your OP is what I am commentating on.

Payment should be guaranteed no matter what colour username you have.

No one said that you are a scammer just that Jr. vip status doesn't mean anything when dealing with money.
And W130SN is one of the most established member here, the chances he is a scammer are very low in comparison with you and me, which is high.

Thank you for that.
Even then, the length of time somebody has been a member, the amount of posts they have or any other statistic doesn't mean much.
I have seen several long term/high post count members get banned for ridiculously small amounts of money.
