In my experience the account will get disabled if the accounts aren't verified with a VCC with some money deposited. If someone can provide accounts with a VCC attached or just the VCC that would be awesome.

You need to buy vouchers facebook ads, bing ads or google ads for your campaign. I think it'll be better. If you need to verify anything by phone or email . Let me know.

So far no one has been able to provide a re loadable VCC that works with Bingads.
