{WTB} Uk Car registration database

Hi all

I need a uk car + van registration database the kind you would get when you enter a reg into a site say www.breakeryard.com and it brings up the car details.
Now if anyone can provide me with a database including all cars and vans up until 2011 it would be perfect .
Also get in touch if someone is able to build me a database as i believe there are many people who actually are able to gather all the type of data

They are very expensive oxon im looking for someone to either build me a database or supply me with one already made
