WTB Ticketmaster Bot

I'm looking for someone who can create a simple bot that can run on one single machine to regularly check ticket availability of specified events.
It will then need to check the price and, if it meets a price criteria that it will automatically buy the tickets.

Can anyone help with this? Needed ASAP and will be for personal use, not for ticket resale/scalping.
