Quite honestly, I'd wait for invites. I wouldn't sell my account there for $10,000, just too many good resources there. Try joining in IRC and applying, if you've got a decent rep around some sites/other trackers, they'll usually let you in no problem.

Im a member at every major torrent site on the web and have had my TV acct. disabled due to going over the ratio by just a lil bit accidently when paused torrents within the client recontinued to download when the PC restarted while i was sleeping.

I went to their IRC channel and explained the situation and asked if i could have my acct. reenabled. For one hr. i argued with them as they were trying to hustle me for a cash donation!?! WTF since when does a legit torrent site have their mods trying to force their members into giving a donation in order to 'buy ratio'!?

They are con-artists, ive also heard of stories about the staff/admin of these sites banning for the smallest of reasons just so they can make a profit from the members. Im disgusted! And not only am i warning everyone i know within the torrent community about this, im boycotting them for life! They wont last more than a couple of yrs now due to dishonest staff practices, and they don't deserve to have the community support.

yeah i can vouch that thevault is pretty shady, my buddy and i both had accounts that eventually got disabled and requested donations. granted they have good stuff but it's just as bad as surfing BHW all day.

main point is you wont get any work done.
