[WTB] Scraping service

Hi,

I need a list of e-mail address of websites in Spanish language filtered by quality.

So process would be:
1. You scrape all Spanish domains
2. You scrape e-mail address from whois and contact pages (both)
3. You filter by PR/DA for high quality (PR3+, DA 29+)
4. You send me the list in this format

domain without ending,e-mail address

for example
blackhatworld,[email protected]

Need 20k e-mail addresses.
