[WTB] scrape script that scrapes youtube urls for url;email;video-title

Hi

I have a daily list of 500 youtube urls and I need a simple scraper that outputs a csv file with the following details.
URL;EMAIL;VIDEO-TITLE

Below you can find a list of sample urls, you can see there's a gmail email adress in the description.
If there is more than one e-mail address it should only scrape the first one + also only valid emails.
If in some cases there is no email in the description, it should put that url in the output file.
