[WTB] Residential IPs

Hi

I'm looking for someone who could provide quality residential IP addresses. Residential IPs are different than normal proxies as they do not show as corporate in "IP Lookup".

I know there's someone in the marketplace already selling this but he hasn't replied to my message in several days.

If anyone can provide this I am willing to pay..

I am also interested to get such IP in US. how can you use that IP? Like proxy? The residential ip provider will have proxy or VPN setup?
