dude, it's much less hassle in the long run to make your own paypal accounts and age them.
nah i need a new stealth on a weekly basis for what im doing
Even more imperative then that you make your own paypal accounts and save having to pay all that money to buy accounts.

That's not possible unless you're willing to pay a lot of money for already established accounts with no 21 day hold.

The 21 day hold applies to money coming into PayPal. You need to age the account / complete a few successful transactions to remove it.
Payments made through websites also attract the hold, there is a work around for it. Just google it.

if i remember correctly if you use a non-USA paypal theres no 21 day hold. if you need help i can provide u accounts to test.

He is a scam eveybody. Tried him once to see, Right away there was a 21 day hold and not even able to transfer anything. Ended up refunding the money straight away because i didn't trust it fully. Dont us this stupid fuck
