yes its free but they want minimum 10 domains and they not accept everyone.

i will pay 50$ per account from european countries or with my details.

I will sign up for you if you pay me $50. If I don't get accepted I will refund your money. Also if I give them my minimum of 10 domains I can't use them for anything else right? Also you can buy 10 .info domains for $10 at godaddy and use those.

you just give them your domains for review ,you not change your dns to them or anything else.so you can keep using your domains.
they accept quality domains with some history so i cant try with new domains.

and no, i will pay only for active account not before.
