WTB - Need unique sign ups

i am looking for about 1000 sign ups a week, but if you can only do less i am open to all offers.

Sign ups are to a new social network site (non adult). All sign ups need to be form the US, Canada, UK, France or Germany.

I only want ppl experienced with this. You can use any method but all sign ups need to be real, unique IPs, and unique emails.

If you can prove that you are experienced.. I will show you a method that I am using to make BANK.

Do the users need to be active or is it alright if they never post/return?
