[WTB] Need stealth VBA for paypal- long term.

I am looking for any virtual bank which accepts real or stealth details BUT which can then be linked to my real bank. Any region is fine, if you already use any such service please suggest me.
I have searched market place but not very reliable as I need this VBA for long term and want it to connect to paypal.
Please note that I don't want any minimal limits to operate the acc.
Which virtual bank do you use? if any drop in names.

Can I withdraw it to that VBA?and this VBA is linked to my own bank account so that its automatic transfer? or what?
