[WTB] Need SEO expert - with proven results

• Keyword research - basically create some kind of a content plan which I can closely follow. I wrote and made a few blogs in the past so I know most of the stuff - but when it comes to B2B I think it's important to find the right keywords. The right keyword with the right "intent" - preferably long tail with low competition -Transactional / Informational keywords.
• Backlinks - I will need like 1-2 high-quality backlinks every month - What kind of websites? One of my direct competitors got featured in: businessinsider.com - now I am not saying I need exactly the same backlink - but something of high quality that will google say: "He is an expert, I trust him. Let's put him on top". So the backlinks - I'm fine with 1-2 every month or so.

I understand SEO takes time and a lot of effort - that's why I am trying to make sure I have a good start with the right keywords to write on + some backlink here and there.

My budget? Well - that's difficult to say as I want to have long-term relationships with this SEO person.

But I don't want to hop on any retainer either. For a backlink - If it's a really good publication I am willing to pay anything from 200$ - 300$. But overall it really depends on the situation.
