i know you said a popular hiphop artist, but what kind of site are you looking for, something like a biography site with a few pages, and buy here and all?
or are you looking for a full fledged website that can expand throughout pages?
maybe you can give us some urls to somewhat of what you are looking for.

I'm actually looking for a designer that is flexible to do any projects I think of. Some of which so far include a hip-hop artists site as mentioned already and also a car dealer website. The designer will need to know how to fake the referrer, and also how to iframe cpa offers.... I'll accept any rate to do all of this at as long as it's reasonable. PM me if interested
