[WTB] Need a Programmer to Make a Simple Program

Hello, looking for someone to create a simple program that when run, will do the following primary functions:

1. delete all emails from an email account (inbox and spam folders)

2. clean cookies (ccleaner)

3. change proxies

4. repeat for the next email account in the list

The program would need to reference a list of email accounts (user : pw) and proxies (ip : port), and ideally run silently (in the background).
